We are proud of our 18,000+ successful placements with quality-oriented organizations that recognize the value of better talent. **Compensation and Schedule for the Physician Coding Supervisor** Physician Coding Supervisor - Full-time, work-from-home, $70K-$90K per year, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule within Arizona time zone hours, start time between 6:00am and 8:00am. Fun team to lead! **Required Qualifications of the Physician Coding Supervisor** - 3+ years of recent multi-specialty medical record coding and reimbursement experience required - 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required - CPC, CCS, AAPC, RHIT, RHIA (AHIMA), or equivalent credential required - Associate degree or equivalent work experience required - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen **Responsibilities of the Physician Coding Supervisor** - Plan, coordinate and manage daily operational functions of the team - Develop and implement an efficient coding review, audit processes, and an internal compliance audit plan - Manage budget - Set productivity standards by performing analysis of daily workload of assigned staff - Provide leadership with reports by service line, divisions, and providers - Assist with internal and external coding audits - Communicate with and educate providers and coders - Oversee day-to-day production of the charge entry staff and ensure that charges are timely and accurate for facility and professional revenue as needed **About the Company** This local hospital system has been providing hope, healing and the best health care for families since 1983.
