Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000+ Your First Question (or it should be):  “Why is this position open?” Our Answer:  “We always try to promote from within, and we are opening another location.  The Parts Manager at Pinnacle Motorsports has been promoted to the GSM position at our new location.” The Parts Manager at Pinnacle Motorsports plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the service department. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time to meet customer demands. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer interaction skills. Ultimately, the Parts Manager will contribute to the overall success of the dealership by driving parts sales and fostering a positive customer experience. Primary Responsibilities: – Coaching and Leading the Parts Staff
– Ensuring Customer Service on the Parts Counter
– Managing PGA Inventory
– Working with the Service Support Staff to maximize customer satisfaction in the service department
– Working with Vendors to optimize programs and returns
– Managing the department to maximize profitability Qualifications: – Minimum 2 years Experience in a management position
– Inventory Control experience recommended
– Experience with Lightspeed EVO would be extremely beneficial
