• We invest in top-quality, modern facilities and hire skilled dentists capable of handling all general dentistry procedures.
• Our goal is to provide excellent dental care to diverse communities, including underserved populations.
• Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a $25,000+ sign-on bonus, and average full-time earnings of $290,000-$350,000+.
• Clinically, dentists have complete autonomy, access to mentorship, full patient schedules, and a fully digital, paperless office with discretion over supplies.
• Benefits comprise paid vacation, flexible schedules, continuing education, malpractice coverage, visa sponsorship, health/vision/dental insurance, and coverage for family members.
• Requirements include a current or future dental license and DDS/DMD from an accredited US program.
