Customer Support Representative

We’re looking for a customer support representative who knows how to listen, solve problems, and communicate with empathy and clarity. You don’t need to be a financial expert (we’ll teach you the ropes), but you do need to be organized, reliable, and committed to serving others with integrity.
You’ll answer emails and calls from customers who need help understanding or using our services.
You’ll participate in scheduled Zoom meetings with customers to provide direct support, guidance, and walk-throughs.
You’ll offer tailored service —making sure each customer feels informed and cared for.
You’ll stay up to date on our products and services so you can be a trusted point of contact.
You’ll keep records accurate and organized in our system to help our team stay aligned.
You’ve worked in a support, service, or assistant role before (preferred, but not required).
You’re a clear communicator—whether writing, speaking, or on Zoom.
You’re patient, thoughtful, and confident under pressure.
You love helping people and want your work to have real impact.
You can manage your own schedule and stay on task without micromanagement.
