Pay Rate: $18.00/hr on W2
Description:
Provides centralized clerical processing of documents related to residential escrows. Communicates with escrow branches and occasionally customers. The main focus is scanning/imaging documents to archive records and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
Key Duties:
This is a production-focused role requiring about 6.5 hours of processing per day. Tasks are repetitive and not customer-facing. Training will be provided with regular monthly check-ins and progressive responsibility (up to 17 processes as skills grow).
