Project/Program Management
Project/Program Management at Accenture Song is instrumental in the budgeting, planning, execution and delivery for all client work. Accenture Song has a flexible approach to project management while leveraging the right tools and aligning the right resources to develop the most effective framework to deliver the highest quality of work with the greatest efficiency based on the budget and timeline. Project/Program Managers are solutions-driven project leaders with a focus on maintaining and cultivating healthy, productive relationships through strong internal communications and resource management.

You are:
The Project/Program Manager leads work within the agency and manages the progression of assignments and owns communications and exercises project controls. The Project/Program Manager creates and maintains project plans that demonstrate a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, staff resourcing and agency processes . They also assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to stakeholders.
The work:
+ Support a large piece of business in partnership with the ac count m anagement team
+ Conduct resource utilization reporting and ongoing management of scope and budget
+ Manage career development of Junior Project Managers and maintain a holistic view of their piece of business while managing day-to-day
+ Manage and mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure their successful growth within the department
+ Collaborate with account and production leads to plan and implement efficient ways of working
+ Draft initial staff plans for Statements of Work on assigned business or account
+ Collaborate with the Account lead to plan high-level project timing and advise on scopes and staffing allocations for the Creative Department
+ Manage schedules, resource allocations profitability and re - flighting within Workbook.
Here's what you'll need:
+ 3+ years of project management experience and leading integrated teams
+ 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of film, radio, web, social or application design projects
+ 2+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry
Bonus points if:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience 
+ Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including Strategy, UX, Creative and Design
+ High proficiency with project management software
+ Ability to manage project budgets, scope and resource utilization
+ Strong leadership and mentoring skills
+ Exceptional organization al skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
+ Outstanding communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive equivalents
+ Entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for new processes and client/team needs
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
