We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote, 100% commission-based role, you'll engage with clients, guide them through the insurance process, and provide top-tier service and support. Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
Educate potential and current clients on insurance options
Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and recommend coverage
Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
