Job Description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Business Operations Strategy Architect** to join our team in **El Segundo, CA. This position will be onsite 5 days a week.** We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Operations Strategy Architect to drive the transformation of SSC's business operations in support of the AtlasX Business Innovations Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve SSC's processes, procedures, and overall efficiency, enabling the delivery of world-class space capabilities. This position requires a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies, organizational change management principles, and experience working with government agencies. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Analyze current SSC business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement. + **Strategy Development and Implementation:** Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall business responsiveness. + **Organizational Change Management:** Apply organizational change management methods to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and resistance management. + **Business Transformation:** Evaluate the maturity of SSC's acquisition processes and propose improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and innovation. + **Governance Process Enhancement:** Evaluate and reinforce governance processes to reduce friction in decision-making while ensuring stakeholder inclusion and accountability. + **Performance Improvement Capability Building:** Propose appropriate metrics and performance improvement tactics to drive accountability and enable data-driven decision-making. + **Collaboration with Stakeholders:** Collaborate with stakeholders across SSC to understand their needs and ensure alignment of business operations strategies with organizational goals. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. + 8+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations strategy, or management consulting, preferably within a government or defense environment. + Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable. + In-depth knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques. + Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and methodologies. + Knowledge of agile principles and modern business methodologies. + Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA. **Clearance Requirements:** + US Citizenship required; Must have or be eligible for a Secret security clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. + Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
