The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of business and commercial litigation experience , with a strong background in handling complex cases and delivering high-quality representation to clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of business and commercial litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Strategize and evaluate cases under partner/shareholder supervision.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and attend court appearances.
• Negotiate case resolutions and prepare matters for trial.
• Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in business/commercial matters.
• Passion for areas such as insurance coverage, creditor rights, construction, real estate, and employment litigation.
• Strong case management skills with the ability to take ownership of files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficiency, value-driven work ethic, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
