The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role supports the Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) Managers by coordinating material handling, supervising team members, and ensuring that production schedules are met. The Shift Leader is also responsible for maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
