Key Role Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
* Define most important social media KPIs.
* Manage and oversee all social networking activity - posts, comments, messages, and reviews.
* Utilize publishing tools, like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. to manage content calendar and post updates.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and analyze web traffic metrics.
* Leverage social media for audience engagement and brand awareness.
* Implement social listening practices to understand online conversations about our brand.
* Work with the marketing and graphic design team to ensure content aligns with company voice and approach.
* Network with industry professionals, influencers, and potential clients on social media platforms.
* Create comprehensive and accurate monthly reports on social media results.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven social media management experience.
* Strong command of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
* Adept in using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
* Excellent knowledge of web design, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
* Excellent multitasking with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills required.
* Video creation and marketing skills PREFERRED.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Great leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Additional digital marketing skills and experience in graphic design, video marketing, and content marketing are a big plus. And, no worries, our company provides the tools and resources you need.
