Compensation: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrician with a strong background in high-voltage systems and conduit installation. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in clean and efficient conduit work, and can set the pace for the rest of the team on-site.
The primary responsibility will be to run and bend EMT conduit (½” to 1”) from power drops to control panels. While a license is not required, extensive field experience is essential.
Install and bend EMT conduit (½” to 1”) for high-voltage applications
Run conduit from power sources to control panels across various job sites
Pull wire, prep for terminations, and support electrical installations as required
Work closely with other trades on-site, including low-voltage technicians (who handle camera and data installations)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate independently or with a spotter; transportation to job sites will be provided via a company-issued vehicle (Penske-style van or shared minivan)
Set and maintain the pace of work on-site to ensure efficiency and productivity
Assist with PLC or control panel work if qualified (optional)
5+ years of field experience installing and bending EMT conduit
Proven experience in high-voltage electrical systems
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and layout drawings
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license
