Job Description

This position requires an experienced nurse in a pediatric surgical unit who can practice independently and handle routine to complex care, including long-term planning.

• Provides comprehensive perioperative care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Manages tracheostomy and ventilator support, addressing respiratory issues.
• Performs assessments, medication administration, post-op care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Documents care, monitors treatment effects, and educates patients and families.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license.
• Full-time role emphasizing leadership, clinical expertise, and patient-centered care.
