Trade Settlement Associat
eExperience in trade operations, settlements, or middle office functions
.• Handle end-to-end trade settlement processes for equities, fixed income, derivatives, and/or Alternative assets
.• Monitor and resolve trade fails, ensuring timely escalation and root cause analysis
.• Liaise with internal teams (trading, compliance, risk, technology) and external parties (brokers, custodians, clearing agents) to resolve settlement issues
.• Exposure to global markets and multi-currency settlement processes
.• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement systems (e.g., DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream), and industry platforms (e.g., Omgeo CTM, SWIFT, Bloomberg)
.• Ensure compliance with market regulations and internal controls related to trade settlement
.• Maintain accurate records of trade discrepancies and contribute to regular reporting and metrics
.• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to optimize settlement efficiency
.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
