Are you a seasoned IT professional with a deep understanding of ERP systems and enterprise infrastructure? We're looking for a Senior Systems Consultant to join our expert team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our ERP environment and virtualization infrastructure.

🔍 About the Role

As a Senior Systems Consultant - ERP & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ERP solutions-primarily Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP)-alongside managing enterprise infrastructure using VMware and Citrix technologies. You'll serve as a technical leader across cross-functional teams, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing systems that support critical business operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics GP, including integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
*

Design and maintain virtualization environments using VMware vSphere.
*

Deploy and manage Citrix environments for remote access and application delivery.
*

Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
*

Provide hands-on support for infrastructure projects, patch management, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
*

Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional departments on system and process improvements.

🧩 What You'll Bring

*

5+ years of experience in systems administration or consulting roles with a focus on ERP and IT infrastructure.
*

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains - installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
*

Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere - including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual networking/storage.
*

Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler) preferred.
*

Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server environments.
*

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Power BI or SSRS for ERP reporting.

Experience with Office 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
