As a Software Engineer Lead (ETL Support) within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Roles and Responsibilities: - Vulnerabilities Management - Incident Management - Installing and renewing certifications - Working with Windows and Linux - Configuring servers to new standards - Ensuring projects are completed by target dates from start to finish Technical Skills Required: - SQL/ETL - (SQL server installation and queries) / (ETL - would require ability to code if necessary, triage and detect errors/troubleshooting) - Operating systems upgrade for Linux and Windows servers - Leadership experience - Dynatrace / Logscale - Jira/Confluence (nice to have) - Service Now (nice to have) Skills: - Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Self-motivated/ self-starter - Documentation skills **Job Description** + Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions. + Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
