We are seeking a talented **Software Developer with strong experience in Laravel and Blade stack** to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have a solid background in Laravel but also a keen eye for design, with the ability to implement **pixel-perfect, responsive layouts**. Experience with WordPress is preferred but not a strict requirement.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and Blade.
* Translate design mockups (Figma/PSD/etc.) into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code.
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for speed and scalability.
* Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
* Stay updated with Laravel best practices and modern web development trends.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Laravel developer (2–3+ years).
* Strong expertise with Blade templating engine.
* Excellent front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) with a focus on **responsive and pixel-perfect design**.
* Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
* Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
* Familiarity with Git version control.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred:**
* Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.
* Knowledge of modern JS frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.).
* Familiarity with deployment and server management (Linux, Apache/Nginx).
