Job Description

Retail Reinvented is a full-service marketing agency redefining how people experience great brands. We're seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence for one of our luxury home goods clients in the lighting space. This role is fully on-site at our Los Angeles office.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok for a high-end home goods brand.
  • Manage content calendars, community engagement, and daily posting.
  • Collaborate with our creative and account teams to produce visual content that aligns with brand aesthetics and resonates with design-focused audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, lighting design, and the broader home goods conversation online.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a home goods, lifestyle, or design brand—ideally with a lighting company.
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, interior design, and brand voice.
  • Familiarity with influencer partnerships and paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with tools like Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
