This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in individual tax planning who’s looking to step into a more strategic, client-focused role. One unique perk of joining this team: the ability to become a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) — opening the door to additional income opportunities outside of traditional tax work.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strategic tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, including estate, trust, and gift tax considerations
• Serve as the lead contact for client relationships on all tax-related matters
• Research and advise on complex tax situations (multi-state, partnership, international, etc.)
• Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
• Mentor and supervise junior team members
• Contribute to firm development and client service initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license
• 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting or a similar client-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of individual income tax and high-net-worth client tax planning
• Experience with trusts, estates, and gift taxation
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
