The Loaded talent management team is in pursuit of a dynamic Senior Talent Manager (TikTok Lifestyle Creators). The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, resilient, collaborative, coachable, and loves the business of digital talent. They should have experience representing social media creators and influencers (TikTok and other short form content), working in brand marketing, and be well versed in all things creator economy. They should have deep experience providing A+ service to creators and a proven ability to generate leads and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

The Senior Talent Manager (TikTok Lifestyle Creators) reports to the VP, Talent Management (Lifestyle Creators), and will be responsible for growing a roster of Creators and generating their brand partnership deals for them.

On any given day, you might...

  • Source and represent a diverse roster of digital talent, with a focus on lifestyle categories such as fitness, health and wellness, fashion, family, and beauty.
  • Evaluate and manage incoming brand and partnership opportunities across multiple clients, including coordination with external agents when necessary.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with brands to create new collaboration opportunities for talent.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and platform shifts within the creator economy and digital lifestyle space.
  • Oversee and manage multiple brand deals simultaneously, utilizing and improving internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and timely payments.
  • Support talent in the execution of branded content campaigns, including being present on-site for key meetings, shoots, and activations.
    Drive daily talent deal flow and revenue opportunities, ensuring consistent execution and follow-through.

To qualify, you have...

  • 2-5+ years of talent management/influencer marketing experience (preferably at an agency).
  • Existing roster of Creators you personally manage.
  • Deep knowledge of social media from a business and consumer perspective, including but not limited to advanced knowledge of X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring metrics.
  • Extreme discretion: ability to handle confidential information.
  • Eagerness to be part of a fast-paced start up and help grow a next generation talent agency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and significant initiative.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying creator categories, personas, and proper fits against initiatives and objectives
  • Rolodex of strong relationships directly with talent, with a demonstrated ability to persuasively influence talent toward partnerships
  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for social media and internet culture
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 (plus commission)
