The Role: Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout—managing budgets, schedules, and site operations. You’ll lead teams, mentor junior staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews with a sharp focus on quality and safety
Conduct project meetings, maintain schedules, and proactively manage risks
Support preconstruction, evaluate bids , and identify cost-saving opportunities
Provide day-to-day leadership to internal teams, including mentoring PMs and APMs
Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on project strategy and business growth
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of commercial construction experience, with recent leadership roles
Strong experience in multifamily and/or student housing construction is required
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proven track record of successful project delivery and team development
Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation
Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship
