Role Summary

The Senior Accountant will handle core accounting functions, assist with the month-end close, support internal reporting, and help maintain overall financial accuracy. The role is based in Dallas, TX with a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly close tasks
• Support revenue-related accounting and project-based billing processes
• Oversee cash-related activity, including tracking transactions and performing reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
• Review timesheets and employee expense submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with internal financial reporting and variance analysis
• Support audit and compliance-related documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfort working in an evolving business environment
