Your Mission
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master and Team Lead to guide and support our cross-functional agile teams. You will lead the implementation of Agile best practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure delivery excellence. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-impact digital health solutions efficiently and effectively.
What You ll Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Champion Agile principles and help teams mature in their practices
- Guide and coach team members on Agile and Scrum values
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive performance
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Help manage scope and timeline, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones
- Contribute to team health and morale by encouraging a people-first, feedback-rich environment.
What You Bring
- 8 + years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Proven facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and remove blockers effectively
- Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of UX/UI workflows and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub and Figma.
