Role: Certified Scrum Master

Location: Hybrid West Palm Beach, FL

Duration: 6-12 Months

MOI: 1 st Round of Interview Virtual 2 nd Round of Interview - Onsite

-Must have a proof of SCRUM MASTER CERTIFICATION (We have a verifier)

-Must come from a Software Developer background.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience (internships and academic projects not counted)

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate & Coach: Expertly run all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and champion agile principles to maximize team value delivery.

• Drive Delivery: Own sprint planning and manage complex, multi-team workflows for large enterprise-wide technology implementations.
• Impediment Crusher: Proactively identify and remove blockers across multiple workstreams to shield the team and maintain velocity.
• Tool Master: Manage project execution, tracking, and reporting by leveraging expert proficiency in Jira administration and dashboard creation.
• Continuous Improvement: Coach teams toward higher Scrum maturity, encouraging self-organization and best practices.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to align delivery timelines and manage expectations.

Your Essential Arsenal (Requirements):

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience, specifically driving large-scale, complex IT projects.
• Jira Mastery: Non-negotiable expert-level proficiency in Jira for administration, customization, reporting, and complex workflow management.
• Technical Foundation: Solid background in IT/Development, including database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and programming exposure (Java, Python, C#, or similar).
• Agile Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of multiple agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including DevOps practices.
• Platform Acumen: Strong working understanding of major commercial software platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Certification: Current CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent advanced agile certification is required.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, facilitation, and servant-leadership skills-you can lead without a title and influence without authority.

The Extras That Move the Needle (Preferred Qualifications):

• Advanced project management or Jira certifications (e.g., PSM II, PMI-ACP, Jira Administrator).
• Prior experience with large ERP or CRM platform implementations.
• A background in enterprise architecture or system integration.
• Familiarity with the energy or utilities industry.
