Job Description

Are you passionate about compliance and wellness? We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager with a strong background in health and wellness supplements (not food) to lead our regulatory strategy and labeling compliance across U.S. and international markets. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in FDA, USDA, CFIA, and organic certifications will directly support our mission to deliver safe, effective, and compliant products to consumers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead regulatory compliance for FDA, USDA, CFIA , and organic certifications across all imported supplement products.
  • Manage and review labeling content , including Nutrient Fact Panels, ingredient statements, and packaging claims.
  • Ensure all marketing and sales claims meet regulatory standards and are properly substantiated.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of ingredients, nutritional values , and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in the U.S. and Korea to align on product compliance and go-to-market timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in regulatory processes, SOPs, and internal training programs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the health and wellness supplements industry (not food).
  • Deep knowledge of FDA regulations , including 21 CFR, USDA organic standards, and CFIA requirements.
  • Strong understanding of supplement labeling, claims substantiation, and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-cultural teams .
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and regulatory excellence.
