Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates in a competitive manufacturing labor market.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a plant environment.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful onboarding for manufacturing positions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records within the ATS, tracking key metrics for efficiency and reporting.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume manufacturing roles to support ongoing operational needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, industry-specific talent needs, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques for technical and operational roles.
• Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills, tailored for manufacturing competencies and cultural fit.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or plant operations.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or technical roles within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another language common in local manufacturing workforces.
