**Job Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
- Collect copays and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Coordinate schedules for our clinical staff to optimize workflow.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Receive training as a Medical Technician for Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
- Optional training available for those interested in becoming a Research Assistant for ongoing clinical studies.
- Enjoy the flexibility of remote work hours, with the option to work at our satellite office in Ann Arbor.

**Required Work Experience:**
- A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or customer service.

**Required Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Willingness to learn and use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

**Required Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Education:**
- An associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
