Responsibilities: • Communicate with warm leads generated from online platforms and marketing efforts • Collaborate with team members to learn scripts, objection handling, and conversion strategies • Conduct property tours and attend client meetings when licensed • Document all lead activity and appointment updates inside the company CRM • Shadow experienced agents during listing presentations, showings, and negotiations • Learn to prepare contracts, disclosures, and basic paperwork for transactions Qualifications: • Currently licensed or willing to enroll in a real estate licensing course • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset • Must be organized and able to multitask effectively • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license • Comfortable learning new tools and software About Company: JOIN THE BROKERAGE Medway Realty is the only brokerage that is primarily focused on the development of its agents.
