CENCO Claims is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential and commercial property claims in and around Marietta, GA . This is a field-based role with consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections to assess property damage
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate software
Take detailed photos and document findings clearly
Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carriers
Submit complete and timely claim files in accordance with guidelines
Requirements:
Proficiency with Xactimate
Strong understanding of property damage assessment and repair
Excellent communication and time management skills
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Georgia or designated home state adjuster license
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in property claims adjusting
