**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in a local parts cleaning company, focusing on general production. Your role will involve processing, cleaning, and inspecting parts and assemblies from high-tech semiconductor manufacturing. Initially, you'll work from Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm, transitioning to a front or back half shift, Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am - 4:30 pm. **Responsibilities** + Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies in a controlled cleanroom environment. + Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts. + Maintain the highest safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values. + Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels. + Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components. + Use and maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens. + Utilize various cleaning techniques, including mechanical and chemical cleaning equipment. + Daily use of safety equipment, such as hearing protection, safety glasses, chemical-resistant aprons, and gloves. + Handle potentially hazardous materials, following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures. + Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate garments and following micro-contamination protocols. + Strictly adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures. + Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained. + Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, annotating each step as complete when finished. **Essential Skills** + Experience with production, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools. + Ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs. + Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and chemical handling. **Why Work Here?** This stable company offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door for semiconductor roles. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
