(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Primary Care- NP - Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an experienced primary care nurse practitioner | physician assistant to provide medical services in collaboration with the centers primary care physicians. Join team of healthcare professionals in pursuit of high quality patient care to provide a full scope of primary care services including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.

The primary care provider obtains and documents patient history as appropriate to chief complaint or reason for visit. Conducts relevant physical exam and evaluate patient, documenting pertinent positive and negative findings. Diagnoses and treats disease and manage chronic illness. Prescribe medication as needed, determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies, interpreting test results. Provides preventative health services, including health education and counseling. Collaborates with other clinicians and staff members to ensure continuity of care of patients.

Located just 30 minutes South of Boston, Health Center is near all major highways and commuter rail station. Choice full time weekday hours, part time afternoon|evening hours and Saturday hours are available.

Primary Care Provider must have 2+ years clinical NP| PA experience, be a graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant program, hold Federal and State licensure for prescriptive writing privileges, have current NP | PA Certification and MA license.
