Job Overview:  Saint Matthew Early Childhood Center in Conshohocken is seeking caring, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our warm and supportive team. We currently have  Preschool and Daycare Assistant  positions open. We are primarily hiring for  full-time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) , but  flexible part-time scheduling  may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support children's social, emotional, and intellectual development
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children
• Collaborate with lead teachers to meet the individual needs of each child
• Maintain a consistent and organized classroom routine

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1 year of childcare experience (preferred)
• Must meet annual professional development requirements as per state regulations
• Passionate about working with young children
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the Center
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with families
• All required clearances and background checks must be current and on file

Position Details:

• Job Types:  Full-time & Part-time
• Pay:  Starting at $14.56/hour
• Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)
• Location:  In person, Conshohocken, PA
