Job Type: Part-time Pay Range: $55 - $62 per hour Job Location: Victorville Ca.

We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a part-time/PRN position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn t0; we are the company for you.

You’ll achieve success by:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance clients' independence and well-being.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of treatment progress.
• Direct and Supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and/or Aide.
• BLS/CPR required

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.

• Passion around serving others!
• California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• AHA BLS required
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
