POSITION SUMMARY:
Fortuna Bakery is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role involves preparing high-quality desserts and pastries, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace while following health and safety regulations.
Working closely with our experienced kitchen staff, you’ll learn and apply various baking techniques, assist with plating and decoration, and contribute to innovative menu offerings.
