Rate Details: - 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30Ppm) - $20/hr
- 2nd Shift (3:00pm -11:30pm) - $21.50/hr
- 3rd Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am) - $23/hr

Job Description: Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to password resets and account unlocking.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to resolve their issues.
- Verify customer identity and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
- No prior technical experience required; training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
