About the Role:
Moser Aviation, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Part-Time Human Resources Manager to support our growing aviation team. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Denver Metro Area , with the requirement to pick up and process mail weekly in Englewood, CO .
As our HR Manager, you’ll be the hub of all HR activity—from recruiting and onboarding to compliance and culture. You’ll collaborate closely with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and internal teams to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Pick up and process mail weekly in Englewood, CO
✅ Coordinate with our PEO on HR compliance, payroll, and benefits
✅ Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
✅ Facilitate all onboarding and offboarding activities
✅ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
✅ Plan and host virtual and in-person team-building events
✅ Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR-related questions
✅ Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in an HR generalist or manager role
✔ Familiarity with PEOs and multi-state HR compliance (a plus!)
✔ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
✔ Must live in the Denver Metro Area and have reliable transportation
