Position: Painter / Crew Member & Trainer Company: Borowske Builders Pay Range: $27-$30+ per hour, plus overtime and substantial twice-yearly bonuses Industry: Residential Home Additions and Remodels Location: North Royalton, OH Job Overview Borowske Builders is seeking a skilled Painter / Crew Member & Trainer to join our high-end residential remodeling team. This full-time role offers steady, year-round work on upscale projects, where you'll handle all aspects of painting-from surface preparation to flawless finishes-while also mentoring crew members to develop their skills. When painting tasks aren't required, you'll contribute to general construction work, helping deliver beautifully finished remodels and additions that meet our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities Lead all painting work, including surface prep, brush, roller, and spray application, and final cleanup. Mentor and train crew members in safe, efficient, and professional painting techniques. Assist with other construction tasks such as demolition, framing, and trim installation. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality goals are met. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred). Broad general construction experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to top-quality results. Ability to teach, mentor, and lead by example. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($27-$30+ per hour, based on experience). Weekly pay cycle.
