Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle MDM Consultant to implement and manage Oracle Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Customer Hub, Product Hub, or Supplier Data Hub, and will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Oracle MDM solutions (Customer Hub/Product Hub/Supplier Hub).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements.
Configure and customise MDM components such as data models, match/merge rules, and workflows.
Integrate Oracle MDM with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Support data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and stewardship activities.
Define and implement data governance policies and best practices.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing , and support UAT.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
