University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oasis Home Care Nurse to join our team in Livonia, Michigan. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb for full-time employment. This position offers a competitive compensation of $65 - $120 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home assessments and provide quality care to patients
- Develop customized care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience with Oasis assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
