Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-level tax engagements and manage client relationships
Oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a wide range of clients
Review complex tax filings and ensure technical accuracy
Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
Contribute to firm strategy, client growth, and internal process improvements
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategies and business decisions
Required Qualifications:
CPA license preferred
Minimum 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
Excellent client-facing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
