Job Description:
Overview:
We are expanding our team to support the implementation phase of a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) project. We are seeking three skilled professionals to join our IAM workstream, each contributing in unique capacities to support MFA rollout, application inventory maturity, and technical integration.

These resources will assist with developer engagement, project coordination and analysis, and technical design/architecture. All candidates must bring strong experience in IAM, MFA implementation, and application security integration, particularly with EntraID (Azure AD).

This is a high-impact opportunity for individuals who are collaborative, technically astute, and capable of supporting a strategic enterprise security initiative.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support technical tasks required for the successful implementation of MFA and IAM controls across enterprise applications
2. Collaborate with technology owners, application developers, and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document authentication methods and user types (B2E, B2B, B2C)
3. Identify gaps in MFA enablement, recommend authentication solutions, and assist with onboarding and integration with EntraID
4. Contribute to risk assessments based on data classification (e.g., PII/PHI), authentication status, and application criticality
5. Maintain and update the centralized application inventory and ensure integration-readiness for cataloging tools like PlanView

Required Skills:

1. 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), security engineering, or MFA-related implementations
2. Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and security standards: SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, EntraID (Azure AD)
3. Familiarity with application types (COTS, SaaS, Custom) and related authentication strategies
4. Experience in managing or contributing to enterprise application catalogs, identity governance, or onboarding projects
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with PlanView, IGA platforms, or similar tools
2. Understanding of data classification, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX, etc.), and secure application development practices
3. Agile or iterative project experience

Skills/Experience:

1. Act as the technical point of contact between the IAM team and internal application development teams
2. Understand authentication workflows, SSO/OAuth/SAML protocols, and application-specific integration requirements
3. Facilitate the analysis of applications that require custom or complex onboarding paths
4. Interface with application developers, understand auth protocols, guide integration with EntraID

Pre-Screen Questions:

1. Can you describe your experience working with application development teams to integrate authentication methods such as SSO, OAuth, or SAML? How did you support the onboarding process to EntraID (Azure AD)?
2. Have you ever assessed or documented the authentication architecture for COTS, SaaS, or custom applications? Please explain the process and how you collaborated with developers to complete integration.
