Job Title: Lab Technician - Back Office Job Description We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant for our Back Office in Sherman Oaks specializing in Pediatrics and Family Practice. This role involves blood draws and injections, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical field. Responsibilities + Perform blood draws and injections. + Assist in back office operations. + Utilize Athena EMR system for patient record management. + Engage with patients, many of whom are Spanish-speaking, in a bilingual capacity. + Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. + Support the pediatrics and family practice teams. Requirements + Fluent in Spanish. + Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. + Medical Assistant diploma or certification. + 6+ months of experience as a medical assistant. + Proficiency in Athena EMR system. + Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak). Work Environment You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where many patients are Spanish-speaking. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
