Job Title: IV Infusion Liaison – Marketing & Business Development

We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Liaison with exceptional marketing and business development skills and strong connections within the Chicagoland healthcare community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IV infusion pharmacy services and expand the company's presence in Chicagoland healthcare networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to drive business growth and establish partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute initiatives to increase patient referrals and service adoption.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the pharmacy, healthcare providers, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen industry connections.
• Educate providers and patients on the benefits and protocols of IV infusion treatments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the local healthcare market.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to recommend adjustments to business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or liaison roles within the IVIG healthcare industry.
• Strong network and established relationships within the Chicagoland healthcare community.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans and achieve business goals.
• Knowledge of IV infusion treatments and related healthcare services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,552.00 - $130,055.00 per year
