Job Title: Maintenance Technician (1st Shift/ 2nd Shift/3rd Shift)

Job Pay Rate: $39.00–$42.00/hr. + shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Schedule Notes: (1st 6:30am – 3:00pm, 2nd 2:30pm – 11:00pm & 3rd 10:30pm – 7:00am)

• Positions Needed: 3 per shift (1st, 2nd & 3rd) 8 hours shift
• Direct hires
• Eligible starting December 2025 for 5% of base for annual incentive bonus
• Hiring bonus of $1,000.00
• Problem-solver; skilled in troubleshooting.
• Mentor/coach for MTOs and production staff.
• Team players adapt to change.
• English proficiency.
• Shift times: (1st 6:30am – 3:00pm, 2nd 2:30pm – 11:00pm & 3rd 10:30pm – 7:00am)

Premiums for the 2nd and 3rd shifts:

• 2nd Shift premium $1.50p/h & 3rd shift premium $3.00p/h

Training Sessions:

• 2 weeks of 1st shift training - with weekly review. If they pass after 2 weeks, they move to their regular shift. If not, they stay another week.

Hiring Bonus:

• The bonus is paid $250.00 every three months on the last payroll of the month.

Annual Incentive Program (AIP):

• AIP is based on 20% employee performance, 20% department performance, and 60% company EBITDA.

Overtime and Weekend Work:

• The plan is for employees to work only Monday through Friday, with no expected high overtime hours. Weekend work would be during their regular shift if needed.
