LSW/LMSW/LAC - Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Associate Counselor needed for a Corrections assignment in Colorado:

• Location(s): Canon City, Pueblo, Sterling, Denver.
• Unit(s): Corrections, Mental Health, Drug and Addiction.
• 13-week contract to start (with the option to extend).
• Day Shifts | Mon-Fri.
• 40 hours per week.

LSW/LMSW/LAC - Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Associate Counselor Pay:

• Gross weekly pay based on 40 hours: $2,400 - $2,766.

LSW/LMSW/LAC - Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Associate Counselor Job Details:

• Conduct mental health assessments, develop and execute treatment plans, document progress notes.
• Coordinate treatment goals and services.
• Facilitates 1:1 individual and group mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff.
• Provide clinical support.
• Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V criteria.

LSW/LMSW/LAC - Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Associate Counselor Qualifications:

• Active CO License as one (1) of the following: Licensed Medical Social Worker ( LMSW ), Licensed Associate Counselor ( LAC ), or Licensed Social Worker ( LSW ).
• 2 years of mental health experience; corrections, forensics, and/or drug and addiction counseling experience preferred.
• M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D. in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar.
