Licensed Insurance Sales Professional
Location: Whittier, CA (Remote opportunities available for licensed candidates in AZ & OR)

About the Role:

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you'll play a vital role in developing leads, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
Market and recommend appropriate products and services.
Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional follow-up support.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries on policy availability, coverages, claims, billing, and more.

Preferred Qualifications:

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Proven sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
Self-motivation and the ability to relate to customers effectively.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.

License Requirements:

To qualify, you must have an active Property & Casualty license in California, Arizona, or Oregon. You'll also need to obtain licensing in all three states. Don't worry—it's a simple process, and we're happy to reimburse fees after 90 days of employment.

Work Environment:

While working in our Whittier, CA office is preferred, we are open to remote work for candidates licensed in Arizona or Oregon.
