Job Description

Learning Delivery Lead will oversee and actively contribute to the delivery of engaging, impactful, and learner centered training experiences. This role ensures that all facilitated/ delivered programs—whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid—drive skill development, knowledge transfer, and behavioral change aligned with organizational goals. The Learning Facilitation Lead will also coach and mentor internal facilitators, guide external facilitators on Nawy’s Learning Estate principles of training & learning delivery, maintain facilitation excellence, and ensure learning program delivery quality.

Additionally, this role actively supports the Learning Estate by aligning facilitation/ training delivery strategies with broader learning and development initiatives, including curriculum design and implementation.

  • Assist in the strategic planning & budgeting of the Learning Estate programs & initiatives.

  • Participate with the Learning Director and the team in identifying the function's strategic objectives.

  • Create a scalable and comprehensive framework/ strategy for learning delivery that integrates with the overall curriculum and training roadmap, intended to impact all learning initiatives delivered by and on behalf of Nawy's Learning Estate. 

  • Ensure the delivery of all learning programs (internally or externally delivered) aligns with organizational objectives, corporate culture, desired competencies, and the Learning Estate's tone of voice, personality, and quality standards. 

  • Ensure all Nawy's Learning Estate learning programs are delivered in a manner that reflects the main principles of quality education, expert-driven real estate knowledge, and an immersive learning experience. 

  • Lead and actively participate in the delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs with a focus on learner engagement and outcome achievement.

  • Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment across all learning initiatives delivered by or on behalf of the Learning Estate. 

  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance facilitation/ training delivery experiences.

  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to all facilitators/ trainers delivering learning interventions on behalf of Nawy Learning Estate to enhance their delivery skills and impact.

  • Collaborate with the Learning Design team to ensure training content is facilitation-ready and learner-centered.

  • Partner with stakeholders to adapt facilitation methods for specific audiences or needs.

  • Coordinate Nawy Learning Estate facilitators or freelance/ outsourced trainers and facilitators overseeing schedules, capacity, and resource allocation.

  • Leverage best practices and established and contemporary learning delivery theories, ensuring that all learning experiences are learner-centric, reflective of current trends in adult learning theory, and include appropriate quality and impact measuring mechanisms (from a learning delivery perspective). 

  • Work with the extended Learning Estate team to support conducting learning needs analysis, defining the learning curriculum, and creating a learning calendar/ schedule. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of facilitated learning interventions using specific metrics such as, but not limited to, participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and behavior change metrics.

  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve facilitation practices based on program evaluations and learners' insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Highly preferable): Professional certification in training delivery or facilitation.

  • Experience Min. 5 years of experience in training/ facilitation.  Highly preferable: Real Estate experience, and experience with training & content design. 

  • Tech Experience Mandatory: MS Office, proficiency using digital design tools (e.g. Canva), proficiency with virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex etc.), experience with feedback and evaluation tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey), knowledge of gamification techniques and interactive facilitation tools (e.g., Kahoot, Mentimeter). Preferable: Knowledge of AI based learning tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper AI etc.), exposure to LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone etc.).
