Job Description

At Chick-fil-A University Blvd we have 4 levels of Leadership: Certified Trainer, Operations Captain, Operations Director and Executive Director.

Leadership opportunities are full-time restaurant positions working 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities include: shift leadership, scheduling, inventory, and all aspects of food safety and food quality.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Strong Sense of Character
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
  • Sustained, excellence performance is required
