POSITION SUMMARY:

StayCVP is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our linens, towels, and other laundry items . You will pack new, clean laundry and make sure it is ready for pick up, working under deadline . Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and physical stamina will be key to success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and unload laundry machines
• Organize, sort and fold clean laundry as instructed
• Operate commercial laundry equipment
• Follow proper procedures for washing, drying, and ironing
• Ensure the work area stays clean and organized
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocol
• Maintain an upbeat attitude, contributing to a positive atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items, and stand for extended periods
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $20 - $25

Bonus

Up to 10% of annual pay, paid quarterly, for hitting metrics tied to laundry.
