RMC is hiring an IT Lab Systems Support Specialist to support our customer in Dahlgren, VA.
The selected applicant will:
Provide customer support in installation of IT Hardware/Software to support lab simulation launching kinetic weapons from various platforms.
Configure IT Hardware and Software in lab to support customer needs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as upgrading hardware/software and installing required patches to ensure optimal performance of lab equipment.
Conduct operational tests on lab equipment to ensure system availability and reliability.
Conduct required troubleshooting procedures of IT hardware and software to maintain availability of lab equipment.
Manage account access to lab equipment.
Maintain detailed records of hardware configurations, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant information.
Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $85,000 to $125,000 annually.
